| 1. The shares of Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class B Common Stock"), of Industrial Tech Acquisitions, Inc. (the "Issuer") reported herein automatically convert into shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock, par value $0.0001, at the time of the Issuer's initial business combination on a one-for-one basis. The Class B Common Stock has no expiration date. In connection with the Issuer's initial business combination described in footnote (2), the Class B Common Stock was converted into the right to receive an equal number of ordinary shares of the surviving entity, Arbe Robotics Ltd., an Israeli company ("Arbe"), on October 7, 2021. |

In connection with the transactions contemplated by that certain Business Combination Agreement, dated as of March 18, 2021 (as amended, the "Business Combination Agreement"), by and among Arbe, Autobot MergerSub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Arbe, and the Issuer, which were consummated on October 7, 2021, all shares of Class B Common Stock held by the Reporting Person were converted into the right to receive, on a one-for-one basis, ordinary shares, with a par value of NIS 0.000216 per share, of Arbe. |

Scott Crist is the managing member of the Sponsor and may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by Sponsor.
