Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes the current grant of 10,178 shares of unvested restricted stock that vest on May 17, 2024, subject to Ms. Jurinich?s continued service to us through the vesting date. Of the shares of our common stock included as beneficially owned by Ms. Jurinich, 12,857 shares are pledged to secure indebtedness owed by Ms. Jurinich in an individual brokerage account, and 1,920 shares are held in an individual retirement account.
