Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 29, 2023, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase ordinary shares. The option was subject to the registrant's satisfaction of certain performance criteria. The option vested with respect to 5,808 shares. The option will vest as to one-third of the 5,808 shares on March 31, 2024, then in 36 equal monthly installments upon completion of each additional month of service.
