Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person is amending this Form 4 solely to correct the ownership of shares.

2. The 1,000 shares are held by the K&G On the GEAUX LLC of which the reporting person is a senior managing member and 90% owner.

3. The 2,500 shares are held by Kleiser Enterprises, Inc. of which the reporting person is a senior managing member and 90% owner.

4. The 5,000 shares are held by the K Kleiser LLC of which the reporting person is the sole member.

5. Includes 8,464 shares granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2022 Recognition and Retention Plan and Trust Agreement that vest 20% per year commencing on September 1, 2023.

6. The options vest at a rate of 20% per year commencing on September 1, 2023.
