Represents common stock acquired in connection with the reasonable best efforts registered public offering of SpringBig Holdings, Inc.?s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, which closed on May 31, 2023. These shares were acquired at the at-the-market public offering price of $0.3037 per share.

3. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by such trust, for which she is a Trustee, except to the extent of her individual pecuniary interest therein.
