Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares withheld by issuer to satisfy tax withholding obligations of reporting person resulting from vesting of restricted stock units.

2. The original Form 4 filed on April 28, 2023 (the "Original Form 4"), erroneously reported 1,802 shares of common stock withheld in Column 4 of the Original Form 4, as well as 54,613 shares of common stock beneficially owned following the transaction as reported in Column 5 of the Original Form 4. This amendment is being filed to disclose the correct number of shares withheld, as reported in Column 4 of the Original Form 4, as well as the number of securities beneficially owned following the transaction as reported in Column 5 of the Original Form 4. No other substantive changes have been made to the original Form 4.
