Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person received $30,000 restricted stock units ("RSU"), under the Issuer's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of IPW common stock, par value $0.001 per share.

2. Consists of 13,216 shares of common stock and 51,724 RSUs received following the Reporting Person's appointment to the Issuer's board of directors, which RSUs vest in substantially equal quarterly installments over a one year period commencing April 19, 2023.
