1. On June 1, 2023, the reporting person was awarded 6,545 shares of restricted Common Stock under the 2013 Ready Capital Corporation Equity Incentive Plan. 935 shares will vest on June 30, 2023, 2,805 shares will vest on September 30, 2023, and the remaining 2,805 shares will vest on December 31, 2023.
