Explanation of Responses:

1. 1. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the shares subject to this option shall vest on February 1, 2022, and one thirty-sixth (1/36th) of the remaining shares subject to this option shall vest each month thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through each such date. However, all such options, to the extent outstanding immediately prior to a Change in Control (as defined in the 2019 Equity Incentive Plan), will be (or will be deemed to have been) fully vested and exercisable as of immediately prior to such Change in Control.
