Explanation of Responses:

1. The options were granted on 12/16/2022 and will vest as follows: 25% of stock options will vest 6 months after the date of Grant; 25% of stock options will vest 12 months after the date of the Grant; 25% stock options will vest 18 months after the date of the Grant; and 25% stock options will vest 24 months after the date of the Grant.

2. On September 7, 2022, the common stock of InMed was reverse split on a 1-for-25 basis. This number reflects that reverse stock split.
