Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents an option award pursuant to the Company's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan. 7,500 options vest on June 1, 2023. The remaining 7,500 options vest as follows: 2,500 options vest on June 30, 2023, 2,500, options vest on September 30, 2023 and 2,500 options vest on December 31, 2023. Subject to continued service with the Company through the applicable vesting dates. This award is subject to forfeiture.
