Explanation of Responses:

1. Award of common stock as part of annual retainer for non-employee directors.

2. On August 16, 2021, and March 29, 2022, P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. effected separate 2-for-1 forward splits of its common stock in the form of respective 100% stock dividends, resulting in a four-fold increase in the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person since the reporting person's most recent Form 4 filing.
