2. 5,828 of the RSUs shall vest on May 20, 2025, 5,828 of the RSUs shall vest on May 20, 2026, and 5,828 of the RSUs shall vest on May 20, 2027, subject, in each case, to Ms. Netzly's continued employment with the Company through the vesting date.
