Explanation of Responses:

1. The figures reflected herein have been adjusted to take into account a 1 for 15 reverse split of the Company's common stock that was effected on May 5, 2022.

2. The shares of common stock exercisable pursuant to the option will vest in full upon completion of continuous service for the Issuer on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date of May 4, 2022. The option was awarded in connection with Mr. O'Brien's board and committee services.
