Remarks:

As of December 22, 2021, First Eagle Senior Loan Fund ceased to be registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. As a result, with respect to First Eagle Senior Loan Fund, Mr. O'Connor is no longer subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
