Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported sales transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on November 7, 2022.

2. Under the 2007 Olsem Family Trust, the reporting person shares voting power and investment discretion with her spouse.

3. Total includes: (i) 539 shares of restricted Common Stock received upon settlement of performance share units or PSUs, (ii) 1,870 unvested RSUs, and (iii) 89 vested deferred performance units or DPUs, which are Common Stock equivalents.
