1. On July 21, 2023, the reporting person was granted 27,472 restricted stock units pursuant to the Issuer's 2015 Stock Plan, which will vest in full on July 21, 2024.

2. Includes 61,717 restricted stock units, 27,472 units of which will vest in full on July 21, 2024 as set forth in footnote 1, and 10,000 units of which will vest on July 1, 2024.
