Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 30, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that, following his receipt of a grant of restricted stock units (RSUs) under the 2017 Incentive Compensation Plan, he owned 21,511 shares of the issuer's Common Stock. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person owned 76,599 shares of Common Stock as of the date of that filing.
