Represents an option award pursuant to the Company's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan, 60,000 options vested on June 18, 2024, with the remaining options vesting in 6 equal monthly installments beginning on July 1, 2024, subject to continued service with the Company through the applicable vesting dates. Any unvested portion of this award is subject to forfeiture.
