Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 20, 2024, the Reporting Person entered into a Stock Option Agreement with the Issuer pursuant to which the Reporting Person was granted an option to purchase 25,000 shares of Issuer's common stock, of which one half of the shares of common stock vest immediately, and options to purchase the remaining half of the shares of common stock vest on the one-year anniversary of the Grant Date.

2. The options were granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan.
