Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person forfeited 128,293 restricted stock units back to the issuer.

2. No transaction is being reported on this line. Reported on previously filed Form 3.

3. The reporting person holds previously reported options to buy 17,611 Common Shares (with tandem tax withholding rights) under the Invacare Corporation 2013 Equity Compensation Plan, granted in reliance upon the exemption provided by Rule 16b-3. All options were granted on March 16, 2017, at an exercise price of $12.15 per share, will expire on March 16, 2027, and became exercisable on December 31, 2019.

4. The current balance reflects the expiration of 5,000 options on March 18, 2023.
