Explanation of Responses:

1. Effective as of April 19, 2021, BlackRock MuniEnhanced Fund, Inc. (the "Target Fund") was reorganized into BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund, Inc. (the "Acquiring Fund"). In the Reorganization, common shareholders of the Target Fund received common shares of the Acquiring Fund having a value equal to the aggregate NAV of the Target Fund common shares surrendered as determined at the close of business on April 16, 2021, less the costs of the Reorganization. As of April 16, 2021, the Target Fund reported a NAV per share of $12.4294 and the Acquiring Fund reported a NAV per share of $16.5997. The conversion ratio for the Target Fund's common shares was 0.74877257. In the Reorganization, Karen P. Robards received 374 common shares (and cash for fractional shares, if any) of the Acquiring Fund in exchange for her 500 common shares of the Target Fund.

2. Effective as of April 19, 2021, BlackRock MuniYield Investment Fund (the "Target Fund") was reorganized into BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund, Inc. (the "Acquiring Fund"). In the Reorganization, common shareholders of the Target Fund received common shares of the Acquiring Fund having a value equal to the aggregate NAV of the Target Fund common shares surrendered as determined at the close of business on April 16, 2021, less the costs of the Reorganization. As of April 16, 2021, the Target Fund reported a NAV per share of $14.7296 and the Acquiring Fund reported a NAV per share of $16.5997. The conversion ratio for the Target Fund's common shares was 0.88734134. In the Reorganization, Karen P. Robards received 354 common shares (and cash for fractional shares, if any) of the Acquiring Fund in exchange for her 400 common shares of the Target Fund.
