1. The reporting person is a participant in the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2013 Stock Option and Incentive Plan (the "Plan") and received 104,700 incentive stock options on June 23, 2021 (the "Grant Date"). The incentive stock options shall vest and become exercisable in 48 equal monthly installments from the Grant Date.
