Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects common stock acquired by Mr. Rothblum and issued by the Company on April 1, 2023 in lieu of cash salary.

2. Represents the closing price for the Company's shares as recorded on April 1, 2023.

3. The direct beneficial ownership set forth above does not include 3,528 shares indirectly held by Mr. Rothblum (through Mr. Rothblum's mother, Naomi Rothblum) and does not include 320,180 options to purchase common stock held by Mr. Rothblum. In addition, on February 15, 2023, the Company, under its 2016 Incentive Plan, issued to Mr. Rothblum options to purchase 770,000 shares of Common Stock, subject to the terms and conditions of Mr. Rothblum's Options Agreement, which include certain Company performance provisions.
