Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

2. These shares were sold by the reporting person to cover tax withholding obligations upon the vesting of restricted stock units and were not discretionary transactions by the reporting person.

3. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.35 to $0.39 per share. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

4. The restricted stock units vest in three equal annual installments beginning on May 9, 2023.
