Pursuant to Omeros Corporation's non-employee director compensation policy, on the date of each annual meeting of shareholders, each non-employee director who has served as a director for at least six months and who will continue to serve as a director after the annual meeting is automatically granted an option to purchase 15,000 shares of common stock. This Form 4 reports the annual stock option award granted to the reporting person in conjunction with the annual meeting of shareholders held on June 6, 2024. |
