Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the economic equivalent of one share of EKSO common stock and shall be settled in shares of EKSO common stock upon vesting.

2. The RSUs were granted on June 8, 2023 (the "Grant Date"), in accordance with the terms of an Executive Employment Agreement entered into between the Reporting Person and the Issuer on December 5, 2022. The RSUs are scheduled to vest and settle at the earlier of the date of the next annual meeting of stockholders or the one-year anniversary of the Grant Date.

3. Includes 84,240 unvested RSUs.
