Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 30, 2022, Petros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. effected a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"), effective as of 4:05 p.m., New York time. All share amounts reported herein have been adjusted to give effect to the Reverse Stock Split.

2. On April 7, 2022, the reporting person was granted 6,722 restricted stock units, vesting on April 7, 2023, subject to the reporting person's employment on that date. Such restricted stock units were converted into common stock on a one-for-one basis (after adjusting for the Reverse Stock Split) on April 26, 2023.

3. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock of the Issuer.
