Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares sold on behalf of the Reporting Person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of RSUs granted to the Reporting Person on 03/25/2022. The sales were made through "sell to cover" transactions and do not represent discretionary transactions by the Reporting Person.

2. The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.16 to $1.21. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.
