Explanation of Responses:

1. Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated as of February 22, 2023, by and between LINKBANCORP, Inc. ("LINK") and Partners Bancorp ("Partners"), at the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement), this option ceased to represent an option to purchase shares of Partners common stock and converted into an option to purchase 29,633 shares of LINK common stock at an exercise price of $6.72 per share, pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement and the applicable award agreement.
