The stock option vests as follows: 25% fully vested on March 31, 2022, and the remaining 75% to vest in three equal (as closely as possible), successive quarterly installments on the last day of each quarter beginning on June 30, 2022 through December 31, 2022, subject, in each case, to the Reporting Person remaining a director on the applicable vesting date.
