Explanation of Responses:

1. The option was granted on June 17, 2022 for 10,000 shares. The shares underlying the option are scheduled to vest in full on the one year anniversary of the date of grant of the option (or, if earlier, the date of the next annual meeting of stockholders following the date of grant of the option), subject to the reporting person's continued service.

2. Pursuant to an agreement with OrbiMed Advisors LLC and OrbiMed Capital GP VIII LLC, the reporting person is obligated to transfer any securities issued under any such stock options or other awards, or the economic benefit thereof, to OrbiMed Advisors LLC and OrbiMed Capital GP VIII LLC, which will in turn ensure that such securities or economic benefits are provided to OrbiMed Private Investments VIII, LP.
