Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on February 26, 2024 (the "Original Filing"), is being amended to reduce the number of shares issuable upon exercise of the previously granted stock option (the "Award") to Jason D. Vieth (the "Reporting Person"). A portion of the Award was made in error and, as a result, the Board of Directors of Laird Superfood, Inc. determined to reduce the number of shares underlying the Award from 645,000 to 193,500.

2. This stock option vests as to 20% of the shares on each of the first five anniversaries of the grant date.
