Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 15, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that, following the reporting person's exchange of 2,000,000 shares of Metamaterial Exchnageco Inc., an Ontario corporation, into 2,000,000 shares of common stock, the reporting person's spouse owned 3,841,000 shares of common stock. In fact, as reflected in this amendment, the reporting person's spouse owned 2,343,000 shares of common stock.
