Lianyue Holding entered into certain share subscription agreement with the Issuer and its subsidiary Shenzhen Sowell Technology Development Co., Ltd, pursuant to which, Lianyue Holding purchased in aggregate of 2,000,000 Class B Ordinary Shares from the Issuer at a per share purchase price of $0.167. The transaction was closed on April 9, 2026. |
