Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of FSRD common stock.

2. The RSUs vest in three annual installments with 50% of the RSUs vesting on April 15, 2023, 25% of the RSUs vesting on April 15, 2024, and 25% of the RSUs vesting on April 15, 2025. The grant will be settled pursuant to the terms of FSRD's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan.
