1. The Company granted Ms. Floyd a restricted stock award of 5,592 shares of common stock of which 2,542 shares will vest on June 30, 2021 and 3,050 shares will vest on September 30, 2021, so long as Ms. Floyd is continuing to provide services to the Company.
