Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person received 4,980 restricted stock units ("RSUs") on December 31, 2021. Each RSU represented a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. These RSUs fully vested on January 1, 2023 and were settled in shares of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

3. The Reporting Person received 19,332 RSUs, which fully vest on January 1, 2024. Upon vesting, such RSUs will be settled in shares of the Issuer's common stock.
