Explanation of Responses:

1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $5.66 to $5.75. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. The reporting person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the issuer or a security holder of the issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

2. The option granted on December 26, 2014 provided for vesting of 25% at grant date and 25% annually beginning December 26, 2015.

3. On September 12, 2023, the issuer canceled, pursuant to an issuer option exchange program, an option for 450,000 shares of CNTY common stock granted to the reporting person on December 26, 2014. In exchange, the reporting person received a replacement option, for 450,000 shares, having an exercise price of $5.61 a share.

4. The option vests 25% at grant date, 25% at one year from grant date, 25% at two years from grant date and an additional 25% at three years from grant date.
