1. On January 10, 2023 the Board of Directors granted the Reporting Person 100,000 shares of restricted common stock. The restricted shares will vest 20,000 shares on January 10, 2024, January 10, 2025, January 10, 2026, January 10, 2027 and January 10, 2028 contingent upon the Reporting Person remaining an officer on such dates.
