1. Although Ms. Derycz-Kessler's spouse, Paul Kessler, has voting and investment control over the shares of common stock of Tellurian Inc. ("Tellurian") held by Bristol Investment Fund, Ltd., a Cayman Islands company that is affiliated with Ms. Derycz-Kessler and her spouse ("Bristol Fund"), Ms. Derycz-Kessler may be deemed to have a pecuniary interest in the shares of Tellurian common stock held by Bristol Fund.

SEC Form 4: Kessler Diana Derycz was granted 42,214 shares, increasing direct ownership by 17% to 285,248 units
