Restricted stock granted under the My Size, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, which vests in three equal annual installments, with 1/3 vesting on each of January 1, 2023, January 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person continuously providing services to the Issuer as an employee through such vesting date.
