Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person received a grant of restricted shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options on March 10, 2022 under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options beneficially owned by the Reporting Person will vest ratably on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of the grant, such that on March 10, 2025, the Reporting Person's shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options shall be 100% vested.

2. These shares are held in trusts for the benefit of the Reporting Person and the Reporting Person's Spouse.
