Explanation of Responses:

1. 3,000 Restricted Stock Units granted on 3/17/2022, with 1,500 shares vesting on each of 3/17/2023 and 3/17/2024.

2. Voting and dispositive power over shares held by Curtis Squire, Inc. is shared by Curtis Squires' board of directors. The Reporting Person is a member of Curtis Squires' board of directors, and as such, the Reporting Person is deemed to hold shared voting and dispositive power over these shares.
