Explanation of Responses:

1. These options vested in full and become exercisable on 06/12/2020.

2. 9,121 of the options granted on 01/02/2020 vested and become exercisable 07/02/2020. The remaining options granted on 01/02/2020 had vesting dates that were subject to the continuation of a certain consulting agreement through 12/12/2020. The consulting agreement expired on 06/12/2020 and was not extended, and as a result, 11,665 of the options did not vest and were cancelled on 06/12/2020.
