3. This option vests as to 2,284 shares on 1/6/21 and as to 2,283 shares on each of 1/6/22 and 1/6/23.

4. Represents options granted to the reporting person for her service on the Company's Board of Directors. This option vests as to 2,354 shares on each of 12/14/21, 12/14/22 and 12/14/23.
