1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive 1 share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon vest.

2. The reported amount reflects shares transferred from the Reporting Person.

3. Shares are held by the Louis J. Lavigne, Jr. Survivor's Trust UAD 05/17/11. The Reporting Person serves as trustee and retains voting and dispositive power with respect to these shares.

4. Vests as follows: 25% of the restricted stock units vest on each of August 17, 2021, November 17, 2021, and February 17, 2022, and 25% of the restricted stock units vest on the earlier of May 17, 2022 or the date of the Issuer's next annual meeting, subject to continued service to the Issuer through each vesting date.
