Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment on Form 4/A to the original Form 4 filed on May 20, 2022 is made solely to correct the dates on which the aggregate 5,000 shares were purchased, on both May 19, 2022 and May 20, 2022.

2. Held by the Lee 2020 GST Dynasty Trust, of which Mr. Lee is investment trustee.

3. Held by the Steven B. Lee 2020 GRAT, of which Mr. Lee is trustee.
