Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person's previous Form 4 filed on December 23, 2021 understated the amount of Class A Common Stock acquired in column 4 (and consequently the number of shares beneficially owned in column 5) by 27 shares due to a typographical error. The total amount reported in column 5 of this Form 4 has been updated to correct this error.
