Explanation of Responses:

1. On September 6, 2022, the Reporting Person transferred 108,715 shares of common stock to the Bertrand M. Loy Revocable Trust.

2. In addition to the 68,466 shares held by The BZH Trust, as previously reported, this number also includes 29,623 shares previously transferred by the Reporting Person to The BZH Trust in September 2020 and 10,626 shares previously transferred by the Reporting Person to The BZH Trust in May 2022.

3. Consists of (a) the shares described in footnote (1) above and (b) 311,909 shares of common stock previously reported as being held directly by the Reporting Person.

4. Consists of 47,493 restricted stock units that will vest on the earlier to occur of (i) the date of the Issuer's next Annual Meeting of Stockholders, immediately prior to the commencement of such meeting, and (ii) May 24, 2023.
